Beginning with an opening of the directions, Tammy will lead everyone through a releasing ceremony into and around the fire while opening our hearts and minds with ceremonial pure Cacao! The health benefits of PURE CACAO include to our heart, bones, serotonin and anti-oxidants!
Following this ceremony, Floyd will lead us into the ecstatic drum circle. We will go over fundamental playing techniques and play African Rhythms. Throughout history, drum circles have been pivotal roles in ceremonies, culture and recreation. Drumming reinforces our connection with spirit and nature. Participating or even being in the space of drum circles has huge health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, lowering cortisol levels and creating a sense of unity. All ow the beat of the drum to awaken your childlike wonder and joy to expression. This is a non-judgement zone, everyone is welcome.
Limited drums and percussion instruments will be provided on a first to arrive. We encourage everyone to bring your drum or instrument, be yourselves and allow their soul to play. The sense of community and expression is healing to the soul. You will leave feeling energized, relaxed and lighter. Let's Drum the stress away.

During a 30 minute treatment session both bare feet are placed in a tub of warm water.
